AOL Tests New Ajax Feed Reader
Tuesday, 20 March 2007

AOL has rolled out a new beta feed reader built with Ajax. It supports rich content, including pictures and videos. The reader also has a drag-and-drop interface and a directory of feeds. It's a very basic and - to be honest- I don't know what it adds over AOL's existing My AOL web app. Couple this with AOL's mostly useless mobile reader I gotta wonder if they get the integration story the way Google and others do.

Proudly written using the Dojo Javascript Toolkit. The custom widgets provided by this webapp could be used to provide feed storage/viewing capability to any application
